1. Who We Are
Science of Scent is a brand owned by Paragraph 2 Ltd.
2. What You’re Renting
You are renting a cold-air diffuser for the length of your subscription. The diffuser remains our property unless we agree in writing that you may buy it.
3. What’s Included
Your subscription includes a diffuser, one 100ml fragrance cartridge per month, and support for faulty equipment.
4. Trials
You may try a diffuser for one week at no cost. If you do not continue, return it in the original packaging (return postage is your responsibility). Missing or damaged parts may be chargeable.
5. Using the Diffuser Safely
Only use fragrance cartridges supplied by Science of Scent. Using other oils may cause damage or injury and will be chargeable.
6. Payments
Payment is taken monthly by Direct Debit to Paragraph 2 Ltd (Sort code: 05-02-00, Account number: 299960373).
7. Cancelling Your Plan
You can cancel at any time. If you leave early, you pay the remaining term OR 3 months’ rent, whichever is less. You must return the diffuser in good condition.
8. Our Right to Make Changes
We may adjust prices with 1 month’s notice. We may end the agreement at any time for reasons such as misuse.
9. Returning the Diffuser
When your plan ends, return the diffuser in original packaging. Damage or failure to return may incur charges.
10. Ambassador Rewards
If someone signs up through your referral, you receive a £20 gift voucher once their subscription begins.
11. Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, non-Science-of-Scent oils, or failure to follow instructions.
